My Closet Area<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

I’ve taken a few days off work to clean and rearrange our bedroom area. \u00a0<\/strong>I’ll talk about that in another\u00a0post.<\/p>\n

Today, I’m going to write about our closet areas.<\/p>\n

Once again we are talking relativity with the closets. Some people feel they need a walk-in closet to fit all of their clothes. \u00a0Those people should not think about living small because most small houses would probably be the size of a large walk-in closet. \u00a0Other people might think that we have ample closet space that is actually too big for a small house. \u00a0I believe, like Goldilocks, that our closet space is just right.<\/p>\n

Inside of my closet<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

This image shows the inside of my closet.<\/strong> It appears a little empty because it’s laundry day. : ) \u00a0Well, here is another thing that I never noticed until I looked at this pic. \u00a0I wear A LOT of browns, dark greens and blacks. That’s a bonus activity for anyone wanting to change their wardrobe. \u00a0LOL<\/p>\n

The top shelf:<\/strong> <\/em>\u00a0I change out our curtains in the winter and summer. I use thicker curtains \u00a0in the winter to help insulate. \u00a0The off season curtains are stored here.<\/p>\n

Second shelf: \u00a0<\/strong><\/em>I store my hoodies and light jackets here.<\/p>\n

Third through fifth shelves:\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>Sweaters, skirts, pants.<\/p>\n

Sixth shelf:\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>pajamas and evening wear<\/p>\n

Shelves on the left:\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0shirts<\/p>\n

The drawers hold my socks, scarves and summer clothes.<\/p>\n

If I didn’t have a job outside our home, I would most likely have less clothing. \u00a0Since I need clothes for work, I need more space.<\/p>\n

My side of the closet works well for me. \u00a0There are things that we could have done differently on Ron’s side, and I’ll talk about them in Part II.<\/p>\n

Since this is Halloween, I am also going to include\u00a0a glimpse of our storage dresser downstairs. \u00a0I’ll talk more about it in the next post.<\/p>\n
