Ingredients

beets (I used white beets.)
raw and sliced

rolled oats

cooked lentils
can also used canned

flour (I used almond flour.)

onion
chopped

cloves
garlic

Tablespoon
peanut butter

teaspoons
Thyme

teaspoon
salt
or to taste

teaspoon
pepper
or to taste

breadcrumbs
or amount needed to stiffen mixture

olive oil
extra virgin
Hamburger Buns
Instructions
Peel and chop beets in food processor
Add rest of ingredients and process together until mixed
Transfer mixture into a bowl
Add breadcrumbs until the mixture becomes stiff
Make into patties
Fry in olive oil until golden brown on each side.
